Thank you for shopping with us! The following Shipping and Return policy applies to TheAllianceNutrition.com.

1. If a customer is unhappy with the product we offer a no questions asked Money Back Guarantee.

2. Should the customer want to return the product one of our customer service representatives will initiate a return shipping label and send it to the customer via email. 

3. The customer should then print the return label and ship the product back to the Sports Wholesale Supply facility. 

4. Upon receiving the returned items back to the facility a refund will then be issued to the purchasers’ credit card. 

5. Once the refund has been issued the customer will be notified via email and it can take 3-5 business days for the purchasing funds to appear back on the purchasers’ card depending on who the credit card provider is.

SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 1-3 business days.

a. Shipping Charges – Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders – Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 60 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

In case the following conditions are not met Sports Wholesale Supply reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return:

Before returning package you need to contact Sports Wholesale Supply to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use the phone number listed below or e-mail [email protected] If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
